Jac Charles
Jac joined InSite in 2021 as CFO and became CEO in 2025. His experience in finance, operations, and growth strategy helps InSite expand responsibly while giving field teams the resources to deliver exceptional work.
John Reider
John co-founded InSite in 2003 around a straightforward promise: provide reliable, honest, and technically capable wireless installation services. He continues to lead Southern California operations with that same field-first mindset.

Karen has helped shape InSite’s workplace culture since 2013. She leads the people strategies, professional development, and support systems that help employees grow and the company succeed.
Jason Pitsley
Jason has led InSite’s electrical operations since 2022. Relentlessly focused on quality and consistency, Jason has deployed civil, electrical and fiber infrastructure across the western US. He brings a field-first mindset to project execution, ensuring teams have the support and resources to deliver reliable results.
