About Us

Our company is built on Safety, Quality, and Teamwork.

InSite Telecom takes pride in delivering industry leading technical expertise and outstanding service, while operating with the highest standards for safety and quality. Teamwork is the key to achieving these high standards, with our professionals collaborating to execute jobs efficiently, learn new skills, and ensure work is performed safely and correctly the first time. We take pride in helping our teammates grow the skills, take on greater responsibilities and push their career to the next level.

Our History

InSite was founded in 2003 by company president, John Reider, with a mission to deliver safe, honest, and competent services to the telecom industry. Along with his co-founder he set out to hire, develop, and retain the best technical professionals in the industry, which in-turn allowed the company to build a reputation for quality and timely service. Over the next two decades the company was able to partner with the industry’s leading carriers, tower operators, turf vendors, and utilities to build better networks that met the evolving needs of the digital ecosystem.

In 2021, InSite partnered with Ranch Creek Partners and True West Capital Partners to expand operations and invest in further growth with a mission to grow the company into the market leader for Telecom Services in the Western United States. As a result, CEO Tom Prestwood joined the company and InSite expanded into the Northern California market. In 2021 InSite also acquired Nautical Communications, led by industry veterans Chris Dunn and Blake Miracle, to expand into the Arizona market. Looking ahead InSite expects to continue to expand throughout the Western United States by developing and deploying its own team of experts and by partnering with industry leading contractors throughout the region.

Our Culture

We pride ourselves in adhering to three core principles in every facet of our company from entry level installers to the CEO.

Safety Culture

Employees are our most important resource and ensuring a safe workplace is of utmost concern. We strive to achieve a zero-incident workplace by ensuring employees are thoroughly trained, equipped with the modern and appropriate PPE, operate in teams that check each other, and are empowered to approach every task and every job with a safety-first mentality.

Unmatched Quality

Reliability is the cornerstone of modern wireless networks and our employees must be just as reliable to their clients and their teammates. We deliver on our commitments, double check our work, and search for opportunities to fix problems ahead of time.

Offer our clients the best possible prices for our services. Contain our costs. Create value in everything that we do. Treating our clients and teammates as partners is the best way to avoid mistakes and create new opportunities.
