As an installer you will learn the technical skills to get a wide array of telecom jobs done, earn the various tower climbing and maintenance industry certifications necessary to develop a field specialty.
Lead / Supervisor

Our leads and supervisors plan, direct, and coordinate our telecom projects. As a supervisor you will learn how to manage a team, evaluate projects, bid for jobs, and execute on time and on budget projects. You will provide the on the ground and in the office expertise to ensure the installers you lead can get the job done.
Project Manager

Project managers work hand in hand with clients to ensure complex telecom jobs get done on time and on budget. Project Managers are our most senior operations professionals and have built up a unique and valuable skillset that includes client management, sales, project bidding and execution, and team leadership.
